As an honest and reliable company we would prefer to discuss a project with you and offer you a no obligation quote for it with no hidden costs or agendas. That way, you are confident and clear on the price before we start. However, when a project hasn't been quoted for beforehand or if we are required at short notice, then the following rates will likely apply.
The first 60 minutes or part thereof. Materials not included but no VAT is charged.
For subsequent hours or part thereof after the first hour. An honest rate which we have found to be very competitive.

A full days labour. A reduced day rate may be applied to bigger projects such as full rewires or part refurbishments if the work will take multiple days.
The above rates are charged per hour per Electrician that attends and is fully engaged in the project that we are undertaking for you. We have immense pride in our work and will not sign off a project without your complete satisfaction.
Condition reports are priced at £30 per circuit plus £40 per consumer unit. Any circuits found to be "doubled up" will be charged per circuit. Please visit our Inspection and testing page to see what to expect from our Condition reports.
Probably the most difficult part of an electricians job !!! Fault finding will be charged at the hour rate and we 'aim' to locate any faults/issues within the first hour and then discuss with you the repairs that need to be carried out. This may entail further hourly rates or a price for any major repairs. That said, if the fault is simply switching a circuit breaker back on and takes 5 minutes then a cup of tea may suffice............
EV Charge point installs have several factors to be considered cost wise.
We offer a free site survey to discuss all the above with you which enables us to give you a clear price that you are happy with.
You may also be eligible for the OZEV grant of £350.
Please reach us at info@duffyelectricalservices.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

At the moment around 4 weeks for bigger projects. However, we are flexible and can always fit in a last minute 'smaller' job or emergency.
We understand customers prefer a one to one service, so from your first phone call or e mail to us you will deal with me - Eddie . You will obviously meet and speak with our other electricians but from start to completion, I will be your main point of contact.
We don't take any deposits for smaller projects but payment will be due strictly on completion. On larger projects we will discuss and agree any staged payments with you prior to commencing works.
Of Course. For any work we carry out for you that is notifiable under Building Regulations, you will be issued with an Electrical Installation Certificate. This will be followed up with a Building Control Certificate from NAPIT to confirm Building Regs Compliance. For EICR's you will receive a comprehensive report whether it is satisfactory or not. This is your property and what you have paid for. Any works that may be subsequently carried out from that that report that is notifiable, you will again be issued with an Electrical Installation Certificate.
